The Council: Noting that the Rt Hon Dr Bjorn Olsen has previously expressed animosity towards the OAM and its members; Stating that such animosity is not "peaceful" and therefore violates Article 2 §1 of the OAM Charter; and Acting on such violation: 1. Condemns Bjorn Olsen for a period of one year; and 2. Bans the Kingdom of Victoria and all of its territories and dominions for one year.
