Yong was a male Exile who worked for the Exile, Silver. he was described as a lickspittle by Flood. And was sought after at Silver's Camon lab in order to find the Exile Silver. After killing some of his friends, he agreed to take the Merv player to where Silver is. Unfortunately, he wasn't there; the only thing there were a couple of bluepill simulacra. It is unknown if Yong intentionally knew if Silver wasn't there. It was also unknown if he willingly caried a louse sample containing a disease which could be potentially used to track the lab where Silver could be found. He was killed by the Merv player.
