Jankowski was a peace officer who worked for Babylon 5 security. In 2261, when the Thirdspace artifact arrived at the station, Jankowski reported an dramatic increase in violent and unusual activity on the station to Security Chief Zack Allan. Later, when a Vorlon controlled Lyta Alexander was hold up in Maintenance, attempting to ram the artifact with the Maintenance Bots, Jankowski provided back-up to Allan when Ms. Alexander was arrested.
