Bored one day at Midvale Orphanage when the TV was out of order, she uses her super vision to look at other parts of the world. Seeing a man in trouble on an island somewhere, she swiftly goes to rescue him from drowning in a pool. But her own exposure to the water makes her begin to shrink in size, actually de-aging to babyhood. Her mind also de-ages, and she becomes an out-of-control super powered child. Fortunately, her playful acts coincidentally foil a superstitious group of criminals. Soon after, the effects wear off.
