Cold Cream heals the Defense Down status effect, which is generally caused by any Mimic actively on fire, such as Firegrubs and Hellhoppers. It can be acquired as a reward from the daily quest Fireweed Foraging (MB0007) or bought from Madame Bristlecone's shop in Nidaria Section F.
