Judge Wiley was a judge in Collinsport in 1840 who handled the pretrial for Quentin Collins. Quentin had been accused of witchcraft and the murders of Lorna Bell and Randall Drew. Wiley dropped the charges of murder against Collins, but at the urging of Lamar Trask, Wiley charged him for practising witchcraft.
