The Ghost Tide Nebula was an astronomical formation taking up nearly a whole quadrant of the Tatoo system near Tatooine. Though a handful of trade routes led near the Ghost Tide, travelers were warned to stay away. The nebula's thick cloud completely blocked sensors, as well as rendered Navigation computers useless; providing cover for pirates to ambush unsuspecting freighters.
