Peter Parker tells his son Sam Parker of his dark past, his dark past meaning his adventures as Spider-Man, before superheroes were made illegal. Peter shows Sam his old torn costume from his final encounter with the Sinister Six in 2025. Peter then explains that Sam must have inherited his powers from Peter, explaining that the migraines weren't actually migraines but something dubbed "Spider-Sense", a kind of sixth-sense that warns him of danger before it happens. Sam is enraged that his father had lied to him about something so important for so many years, Sam then jumps out the window and runs off, Mary Jane enters the room to see the shattered glass, Peter's only words are "Let him calm down, he needs to be on his own and to figure things out. This should be very hard for him".
