Olivia Palermo (born February 28, 1986) is an American socialite, model and actress. She was a cast member of the reality television show The City. She was also a guest judge on Project Runway Season 9. Olivia Palermo appears as a party guest of Odile's promotional campaign party in the 2011 Smurfs movie.
