Terry Spooner was a businessman who was accused of embezzling ten million dollars although he claimed that he was innocent of the crime. He was arrested for hiring a hitman to kill Abigail Sciuto who was testifying in the case, refusing the hitman to keep his mouth shut, and getting credit for creating the bloodbath at the Navy Lodge.
