Enviro-Man is the name given to a mysterious man dressed head to toe in black tights. Appearing mostly in a resort town near Atami, Enviro-Man steals bottles and cans meant for recycling, leaving on average 5 cents per stolen item. As he generally leaves more money than traditional recycling, no criminal reports have been filed against him.
