During the quest, players find him strapped to the chair being interrogated by the KGP Interrogator. Players help the KGP by pretending to be a trainee. During the interrogation, players use a series of questions and statements to break his confidence. By the end of session, the captured penguin agrees to help the player by providing information on how to board the submarine. Four Fish Hats and the Conch Shell can be found by searching the interrogation room where the captured penguin is. They are kept as evidence, so players have to steal them when the KGP Interrogator is not looking.
