The Heavenly Kai(天国カイ, Tengoku Kai) is the primordial Kaioshin and ancestral progenitor of all The Kai's in The Dragon Ball Z Universe whom have come after. The Heavenly Kai remains the single most powerful of all the kai, possessing powers and capabilities which are many leagues beyond any of the current kai's.
