Oogie Wisham can be found quivering in an upstairs room of the Jovial Juggler inn in Beregost. This paranoid peasant has a terrible fear of paladins, especially the paladin Bjornin in the bar beneath him. Nothing you can say will help him, nor will slaying the innocent Bjornin.
