The Forgemaster's Hammer drops off Forgemaster Garfrost in the Pit of Saron when a character has the quest Reforging The Sword (Alliance)/Horde. With five [Infused Saronite Bars] and the [Remnants of Quel'Delar] it is used to reform the [Reforged Quel'Delar].
