Katie Chase (née Hanson) is a contestant from Survivor: Philippines. She was a member of the abortive Kalabaw women's alliance that was thwarted when Dana Lambert became too sick to continue playing. She was eventually eliminated due to her weakness in challenges and her isolation from the main Kalabaw Alliance.
