To do the flight of Ganon (which is actually a glitch with his down B attack), you must shield and roll to the edge, then do down B. After you press down B, press jump and down B at the same time. He should then fly very high up. If you are on Final Destination and are having trouble with the timing of the jump, just press jump and down B when you reach the middle of the diamond in the center.
