Delph Strange are a Doxterian and was a brilliant leader in the Jakîm attacks. Delph was borned in Rekïr but lived most of his life in Nolg. In the book Nelàm Rekïr Delph go behind the lines of the enemey and assasinated Lêtam himself. Delph are also a high-council memeber of the D-Hunters Guild.
