Mike Goins is a former NASCAR driver from Winston-Salem, NC. He competed in three Nationwide Series events in his career. All of those races came in 1982, when Goins debuted at Martinsville. Starting positions in all of his career races are unknown, but Goins drove to a midpack 20th place effort at Martinsville. He was able to improve significantly at Richmond, finishing 13th, but engine problems at Bristol (28th) prevented him from going any higher in his career.
