Introduced in 97 BBY, the HS-series household service droid was usually considered to be little more than a glorified vacuum cleaner. Despite this, the HS-series was a cheap yet efficient household service droid, able to perform most tasks within a household. By 18 ABY, it was on its fourth incarnation (HS-4).
