Investigation into the Death of Dylan Bates was an investigation that the main NCIS Major Case Response Team conducted in March 2009 after they received word that a revolver had been found in the possession of twelve year old, Noah Taffet, the son of Navy Lieutenant Commander Mike Taffet.
