Lord Raziel Da'Sthess is a young Falleen nobleman out and about in the Galaxy as a part of his walkabout, with the main goal to be an educating experience. He's charming, witty, and generally rather congenial while remaining aloof; an air of superiority bred in his cold blood seems to exhude from his very person, mixed with utter confidence. He's known to dabble in mild debauchery, and though he's not quite a citizen of the Republic he's quite amenable to remaining lawful. The same goes for any area he is in, of course. Little reason to attract negative attention while attempting to learn more of the Galaxy.
