Bonnell has spent twenty years in restaurant and hospitality businesses, and has worked as an executive chef and as a general manager for hotels and restaurants. He also owned his own catering company. In addition, he has spent six years as Media Liaison at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix.
