Ryofu cosplays a doctor and orders Ryomou to strip naked. Ryomou nervously questions Ryofu, but Ryofu interrupts Ryomou and begins caressing her whilst trying to take her clothes off. Ryomou begins to sob as Ryofu successfully gets her clothes off and begins to rub her skin as Ryomou begins to moan. Suddenly Hakufu enters and yells at Ryofu, who tells her that she's been approved to do to Ryomou as she wishes. Hakufu then leaves as Ryomou begs for help in her head.
