Retichall is the "queen" of the grey Goblins living on the first level of the Abyss. The Avatar found her in Ultima Underworld I jealously guarding access to her husband, the king Ketchaval. Since it was obvious that she would not respond well to logical arguments, the hero stroked her ego by claiming to want to congratulate the king on his choice of bride. It worked, and she freed the way to Ketchaval.
