Gluttonous Citizens are citizens that have been corrupted by the glutton of demons. They are found together with Minion of Glutton and Minion of Greed in Ellsworth Memorial Hospital. They turn back into normal citizens once attacked. They are different from Glutton Citizens, who are encountered during Gluttony and are level 16.
