Kulitta was a Kussaran moon goddess. The eastern gate of the town was sacred to Kulitta and her counter-part, Ninatta, and a statue to each overlooked the gate. When Tabal ordered Pitkhanas to dredge the canals, Kulitta told Pitkhanas to stay and oversee the work.
