The Water Release: Four Seasons Technique (水遁・四季の術, Suiton: Shiki no Jutsu) is a Hiden derived from the Hydrification Technique and created by Shūgetsu Hōzuki. The technique uses the properties of the Hydrification Technique in order to solidify four arms at a small distance away from the center of Shūgetsu's spine, thereby giving him a rather demonic appearance. The manner in which he does this is very similar to his signature technique. This technique gives him a wide variety of benefits within battle, and while it was initially difficult to control, Shūgetsu can maintain the technique for extensive periods of time without much trouble at all due to his chakra control.
