The Rod of Convergence is a boon artifact introduced in the Bazaar of the Bizarre: It's About Time article by Peter Schaefer in Dragon 430[Dr430:28]. It is flavoured as being bestowed upon a mortal from the deity Pelor, who is granting the mortal the authority to defend the sanctity of time. The messenger between the mortal (now known as "The Timekeeper") is Pelor's servant, Horologe. It is also said to be sought after by scheming gods such as Tharizdun and Vecna for more wicked purposes.
