Comedy hip hop and many other hip hop fusions were hip hop's last claim to fame. These genres were used more so in the late 2010s decade. Many popular artists such as Lonely Island and Rucka Rucka Ali were under this category. Eminem was somewhat categorized as comedy hip hop. Comedy rise to the top of the billboard charts with Rucka Rucka Ali's release of "S#$T Happens." And Lonely Island's "The Dudes."
