Following after the events of The Fate of Two Worlds and between the events of Rebooted, Tom and the other DigiDestined have been in hiding to avoid arrest from the government agency Hypnos, who is tasked to apprehend Digimon on Earth. But when they imformed that the Digital World have been reseted, they fear that the DigiDestined might be in danger. So they try to the find a way back into the Digital World to lend them assistance while also trying to avoid Hypnos and not alerting them of their location.
