If you miss killing it or can't find it don't worry, Baby of Kiscia re-spawns every 20 seconds. Though the quest can be obtained at level 10, it is recommended you be several levels higher, have a high level pet or have assistance from one or more other players. Kill the Baby of Kiscia and then speak with Assassin MacGuinness.
