It can be exchanged at Valiant Laradia or Valiant Bressia at the Argent Tournament Grounds along with for the 25-man versions of the tier 9 armor set pieces. Head, chest, and leg slot items cost 75 File:Spell holy summonchampion.png, while shoulder and hand slot items only cost 45 File:Spell holy summonchampion.png.
