[Source] The Illoud system was system in Expansion Region and the site of an Imperial-backed uprising against the New Republic, sometime between the Declaration of a New Republic and the Second Battle of Coruscant. Huoba Neva helped put down the uprising, for which she was given command of the frigate Rebel Star.
