Liankataka was a male Dreman political leader in the 24th century. Sometime after late 2368, he succeeded Shalkara as Guardian, the leader of Drema IV's government, a post which he apparently held through mid 2377. Shortly after, Liankataka learned from Sarjenka, the first Dreman to attend Starfleet Academy, of Starfleet's unknown role in saving Drema IV from destruction in 2365, years before official first contact.
