General's Stripes is an object you can get the Red Dead Revolver 3dn edition. You can get this for $2000 in the fifth visit to Gold Town visiting the Tailor. When you buy it, you unlock Colonel Agustin Allende as gameplay character in "Showdown Mode". If you do not buy this object in the tailor shop, you cannot get Allende as playable character in Multiplayer Mode.
