Amy DeJong and Maya Warren are a team of Food Scientists and are the winners of the 25th season of The Amazing Race. Their physical limitations and poor navigational skills meant that the other teams never considered them a real threat. However, they generally kept positive attitudes and analytical minds which helped them keep up with the pack and Maya showed much appreciation for the various countries that they raced in. In the finale, Amy was able to blow by Misti and Bethany at the second Roadblock allowing them to beat their more athletically inclined competition to become the third all-female team to win the Race.
