The Oden-class Heavy corvette was a ship built by the Templars of Twilight under the doctrine of the Templar Military Services. It could be a Heavy Corvette, a Picket Ship, or a light frigate, doing each job almost as good as a ship built for that dedicated purpose. Armed with 4 Turbolasers, 4 heavy laser cannons and 16 defensive lasers it was able to carry out a variety of missions including long range patrol. However, like most ships meant to do several jobs, it couldn't do all of them, and lacked room for anything but a modest supply of starfighters.
