Saint Urbain is originally rescued in world 4-2. He must be rescued from a pit which Patches presumably kicked him into. Rescuing him here will result in him moving to the Nexus. While in the Nexus, Saint Urbain will be seen praying behind a pillar near Blacksmith Boldwin.
