Extensions at the neck in front fold back to form a collar and tie ends fasten in knot at waist. The four-gored skirt joins to a waistband which is faced with grosgrain ribbon. Soft pleats at the waistline release easy front fullness and a slit is featured at the hem in front. A purchased belt may be worn.
