Nation Song Contest 42 was the 42nd edition of the Nation Song Contest hosted by Vorhota after their 4th win in the previous contest. This the 5th time Vorhota hosted the contest, making them the record holders for the most hosting of the contest. Vegetaria, making their second ever appearance in NSC, won the final show thanks to French singer Space Cowboy with "Falling Down". They gained 206 points, with second-placed Kostanovia finishing with 186 points.
