' The Demonic Illusion: Sheer Cold is an A-rank, Supplementary Genjutsu technique used by Mr. and Mrs. Cutter. This technique will affect all of the living being within range of the user. This genjutsu will manipulate the opponent's sense of touch to make him/her believe that he/she is very cold, chilling him/her to the bone.
