The horned demon is the upgrade to the demon, the fourth-tier creature of the Inferno faction in Heroes of Might and Magic III. It can be purchased at the Upgraded Demon Gate. With a slight increase to speed and hit points, and only a slightly higher price, this is a very small improvement. Purchasing the Upgraded Demon Gate should wait until better building upgrades have been done.
