The Sith Reborn movement was a movement of Anti-Galactic Alliance elements centered around the remnants of many Sith Empires, it was constructed indirectly by Novo working through Darth Krayt and the One Sith which became its foundation at a very early stage, shortly after Novo's awakening he procured the rebuilt Star Forge and the Foundry to begin building a Sith Empire of his own headed by a new Dark Council.
