Kazimieras G. Prapuolenis, or Kaz, (born July 31, 1959) is an American writer and storyboard artist for Phineas and Ferb who is credited professionally by his nickname of "Kaz". He is one of the most renowned living "underground" cartoonists, and his comics and drawings have appeared in many publications around the world, including The New Yorker, Nickelodeon Magazine and The Village Voice.
