Universe-B is the universe that the Z-Warriors, Young Zero, Allie, and Freeza originate from, it deviates from the Prime Universe during Kid Buu and Bibidi's near eradication of the Supreme Kai. It is a twin universe to Universe-C and a Reverse-Universe to Universe-G. Many of its events and factions are analogous to Universe-C and K, the three are also connected due to the God of Destruction Beerus and his attendant Whis are relatives of Vod, Champa, Rum, and Vados.
