Tropical Depression Fifteen was a tropical depression that did not reach tropical storm status during the 2007 Atlantic hurricane season. The cyclone developed on October 11 in the open Atlantic Ocean well southeast of Atlantic Canada. The cyclone was short-lived, and dissipated the next day on October 12, due to strong vertical shear associated with an upper-level trough. The depression eventually became an extratropical cyclone that attained gale force winds. There were no damage or deaths associated with the short-lived tropical depression.
