A Lesser Protection Ring, or LPR for short, gives 4 extra Armor Rating to the wearer. They get damaged with use, but they still have the same effect until they break. One can obtain a Lesser Protection Ring as a rare drop from a Gooey. They can be bought on the player market for 20k-50k, though prices of 25k-30k are most common at the moment. Wilem at the Duldrus Forge will give you a Lesser Protection Ring in exchange for 50 Golden Scales.
