River Skale Queen appears identical to River Skale Tads and like them will not attack unless attacked first. A River Skale Queen appears if the player is a ranger primary and has not completed the Ranger Test quest. Like other low level enemies in Pre-Searing, the River Skale Queen does not have health regeneration when not in combat.
