The isolation room is used in the Gatewater Land theme park as a storage area. Lance Amano locked Miles Edgeworth in this room as part of his plan to frame Lauren Paups for the murder of Colin Devorae, whom he had killed in self-defense. By putting a Bad Badger suit head on Edgeworth, Amano was able to convince Paups that Edgeworth was Devorae, and thus still alive. Edgeworth managed to escape when he placed the ladder used for descending into an underground section of the building against a locker to ascend to a window above.
